Data Deletion
Last updated: August 26, 2026
The Short Version
If you want to remove your data from sfeed, do these things:
- Revoke each platform you connected with
sfeed auth facebook revokeandsfeed auth instagram revoke - Remove sfeed from the matching Facebook and Instagram connected-app settings
- Email us if you want remaining hosted records deleted
If you want us to remove any remaining hosted scheduling, billing, or historical launch-list records, email [email protected].
1. Disconnect sfeed
sfeed auth facebook revoke
sfeed auth instagram revoke Each command removes that provider's encrypted hosted credential and refreshes the safe destination metadata on your machine. Run both if you connected both providers.
2. Revoke Meta access
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, find sfeed, and click Remove.
This removes Facebook-side access. If you used direct Instagram auth, remove sfeed from Instagram's connected-app settings too. Revoking one provider does not revoke an independent connection to the other provider.
3. Request deletion of hosted records
Email [email protected] and include the Facebook Page or Instagram account name connected to sfeed. Do not send tokens, auth codes, or payment details.
If you joined the former launch notification list, email us from the address you want removed and ask us to delete the historical signup record.
4. What may still exist
- Hosted scheduling records for queued, posted, or failed scheduled posts
- Billing and subscription records needed for payments and invoices
- Temporary staged media for immediate or scheduled posts, which is deleted automatically after use or by lifecycle expiry
- An email address and consent record if you joined the former launch notification list
